By targeting customers based on modifiers, you can run highly personalized campaigns that drive upsells, reward premium customers, and promote new modifiers.

In addition to items, you will soon be able to segment customers based on modifiers they have purchased before. This gives you a new level of precision. You can identify guests who buy specific modifiers or item+modifier combos or pay for upgrades. You can promote new or premium modifiers and reward high–check behaviors.

The result is more relevant campaigns, smarter upsells, and better ways to recognize and reward your most valuable behaviors.
