Turn your app into your strongest marketing channel
Your Thanx app is built to do some pretty powerful things — and we just made it even more flexible. Here's a look at what you can try right now.
Schedule content ahead of time. Planning a seasonal push or a limited-time offer? Set your app content to go live and disappear on a schedule — no manual toggling, no last-minute scramble. Set it and forget it.
Show different guests different things. VIPs can see exclusive perks while new guests get a welcome experience. You can target content by loyalty tier, visit frequency, or lifecycle stage — right from your dashboard.
Make it unmistakably yours. Every detail of your app is customizable — colors, icons, borders, shadows, imagery. If it matters to your brand, you can control it.
Greet guests by name. Merge tags let you pull in each guest's name, points balance, or loyalty tier directly on the home screen. It's a small touch that makes a big difference.
Set up the nav your way. Reorder tabs, add or remove sections, and update to a bottom navigation so that guests can easily navigate to the pages you want them to engage with.
Try an in-app game. Scratch-to-win, bingo challenges, visit streaks, spin-the-wheel — games are a great way to drive repeat opens and keep things fun between visits.
Bring your content to life. GIFs and rich media are supported directly in content blocks, so your promotions and seasonal campaigns can have the energy they deserve.
Spotlight what's new on your menu. Feature new items, run LTOs, and keep everything synced with your POS — pricing, images, and all.
