See how many points your guests are sitting on
The Point activity by lifecycle stage report now includes a table showing how your outstanding points are distributed across your guests.
What is it?
A new table in the existing Point activity by lifecycle stage report. It groups your guests by their current point balance in increments of 100, and for each band shows how many guests are in it, the total outstanding points those guests hold, and the average balance per guest. It's a view of where your outstanding point liability actually sits.
Why it matters
Know where your liability is concentrated. Total outstanding points tells you the size of the number. This tells you whether it's spread across many guests with small balances or sitting with a few guests holding a lot.
Find the guests who are close to redeeming. The bands just below your reward thresholds are guests who need a small nudge, which is a specific and actionable campaign audience.
Spot guests who are hoarding. A large balance that never gets redeemed is a guest who isn't getting value from the program, and a balance you're still carrying.
Make program changes with evidence. If you're considering changing earn rates or reward thresholds, this shows you who it would affect and how many of them there are.
How it works
Go to All reports in your dashboard.
Open the Campaigns & rewards folder.
Choose Point activity by lifecycle stage.
Scroll to the point balance table. Guests are grouped in bands of 100 points, with guest count, total outstanding points, and average balance for each band.
