Report update: Customer names added to Top 50 and Review Details reports
Two existing reports now include customer names, making it easier to personalize outreach to your highest-value guests and reviewers.
What is it?
Customer first and last names have been added to two reports in the Thanx dashboard: the Top 50 customers report in Insights Lab, and the Review details report. The Review details report also now includes a direct link to each customer's Thanx profile.
Why it matters
Knowing who your top customers and reviewers are — not just their transaction data — lets you take more personalized action. You can reach out to your highest spenders by name, or craft a more genuine, tailored response to a specific piece of feedback.
How it works
Customer names will now appear automatically in both reports wherever they're available. The Review details report also includes a clickable link to each customer's Thanx profile so you can view full context before responding.
Where to find it in Thanx
Top 50 customers: Insights Lab → Top 50 customers report
Review details: Feedback → Overview→ Review details
Keep in Mind
Some customer names may not appear depending on the customer's privacy permission settings.
If you use a third-party feedback partner (such as Tattle or Ovation) to manage customer sentiment, customer data will not appear in the Review details report.
