Improved location search for pickup
Guests can now easily find the nearest store without needing to enter an exact address or zip code, reducing friction and boosting conversion.
We’ve upgraded the location search experience in Thanx-powered ordering (web and app). Previously, guests had to enter an exact address, city, or zip code to find a pickup location. This could lead to “No stores found” errors.
Now, guests can enter partial addresses, zip codes, or city names, and Thanx will automatically suggest the nearest active stores, sorted by proximity, making it faster and easier to start an order.
Why it matters:
Improves the guest experience by eliminating frustrating “No stores found” errors.
Helps guests discover the closest locations even if they don’t know the exact address.
Reduces friction, which drives higher order completion rates
How it works:
Anytime guests are on “Select locations” page, Thanx displays a list of nearby stores, sorted by distance.
Guests enter their address and see recommendations by proximity to that address.
Guests choose their preferred store and proceed with their order seamlessly.
This feature is available on Thanx Powered Web Experiences and apps (versions v45.0.2 and above)
