Digital ordering campaign reports now available to all merchants

Digital ordering campaign reports are now available to all merchants using Thanx digital ordering, not just those on Olo. Previously, a subset of campaign reports only displayed digital order activity for Olo customers. This has been updated, and these reports now reflect orders placed through Thanx’s digital ordering experiences across all eligible merchants.

What’s new:

• The “Olo only” folder has been renamed to Digital ordering

• The following reports now show complete digital order results:

  • Digital order activity by client

  • Digital order activity by handoff

  • Top 25 items in digital orders
