Check-in Based Loyalty (Beta)

Thanx is now the only loyalty provider offering multiple ways for customers to earn loyalty — enabling merchants to select the model that best fits their operations and needs. Alongside our card-linked loyalty, we now support a traditional check-in-based experience.

With check-in, customers earn points in-store by identifying themselves at the point of sale via phone number, email, or QR code — either through buyer-facing displays or with staff assistance.

Team members can still also view and apply available rewards directly to the order.

Check-in loyalty is now supported at three leading POS systems: Toast, Qu, and Square.
