Improved operations for gifting orders on Toast

We’ve enhanced the ordering experience for deliveries placed in someone else’s name with Toast-integrated brands.

The recipient’s name now appears in the “TabName” field on Toast.

Orders can be searched by either the buyer or recipient name, improving operational efficiency.

Confirmation emails now include both buyer and recipient information when they are not the same.

Third-party delivery services will continue to receive only the recipient’s information.
