Find every report faster from the Customers menu
Getting to the right report is quicker. The Customers menu now links straight to your full report list, and campaign reports are easier to find.
What is it?
This update makes three changes to navigation in your dashboard. An Explore all reports link at the bottom of the Customers dropdown opens the full report list in All reports. A banner in the Campaigns & rewards folder of All reports points you to the Campaign reporting suite, where per-campaign reports live. The legacy sections in the Operations and Loyalty dropdowns also now match the look of the rest of the menu.
Why it matters
One click to the full report library. Open the full report list from the menu you already use, without remembering where each report lives.
A reminder that campaign reporting lives with each campaign. Campaign reports aren't part of All reports. The banner sends you to the right place.
A more consistent menu. Operations and Loyalty now follow the same style as the rest of the navigation.
Nothing to relearn. Reports and permissions are the same as before, and you can still search All reports the way you do today.
How it works
Open the Customers dropdown in the main navigation and click Explore all reports to see the full report list.
In All reports, open the Campaigns & rewards folder. If you have access to Campaigns, you'll see a banner linking to the Campaign reporting suite.
You can still go straight to campaign reports from Campaigns > All campaigns, then click Report on any campaign.
Availability and limitations
No change to access. Users see the same reports they could see before.
Not available for mall programs. All reports isn't available for mall merchant types.
FAQs
Did campaign reports move?
No. The Campaign reporting suite is still under Campaigns > All campaigns. The banner just points you there from All reports.
Do I need to turn anything on?
No. These updates are on automatically.
Why do the Operations and Loyalty menus look different?
Their legacy sections were restyled to match the rest of the navigation. The links inside them haven't changed.
Why don't I see the campaign banner?
It only appears for users with access to Campaigns, and only inside the Campaigns & rewards folder.
