Two new reports: digital revenue by ordering client and by handoff mode

Two new reports break your digital order revenue out by where the order came from and how the guest got it. Both are in All reports now.

What is it?

Digital revenue by client splits digital order revenue across iOS, Android, and web. Digital revenue by handoff mode splits it by how the guest receives the order, including pickup, drive-thru, delivery, and curbside. Both run for any date range and can be filtered to any subset of your locations. You'll find them in the Digital ordering folder in All reports.

Why it matters

  • See which channel is actually driving digital growth. Total digital revenue going up doesn't tell you whether it's your app or your website doing the work. Now you can tell, and invest accordingly.

  • Spot the locations that are underperforming and why. Filter to a subset of locations and you can see whether an underperforming store is weak everywhere or just in one handoff mode.

  • Make the case for operational changes with numbers. If curbside is a meaningful share of revenue at some locations and nothing at others, that's an operations conversation worth having with real data behind it.

  • Zoom in from the revenue you already track. These break down the same digital revenue you see at a higher level in the Revenue at select locations report.

How it works

  1. Go to All reports in your dashboard.

  2. Open the Digital ordering folder.

  3. Choose Digital revenue by client or Digital revenue by handoff mode.

  4. Set your date range, and optionally filter to specific locations.

  5. Use the date grouping control to look at the trend by day, week, or month.
