New in Thanx Insights Lab- Purchases at select location(s) w/ dynamic date grouping
A new report in Thanx Insights Lab that shows loyalty member purchase volume across one or more selected locations, split by in-store and digital channels. It includes overall totals, a trend view of channel mix over time, and tables that break down counts and percentages by date and by location.
What is it?
Track loyalty member purchases across selected locations with flexible date ranges and dynamic date grouping.
Why it matters
This report gives you deeper location-level visibility than the main All Purchases report, helping you compare performance across locations, understand where digital adoption is strongest, and spot unusual dips or spikes at specific locations.
How it works
Navigate to Insights Lab and open the Purchases folder
Select one or more locations to include in the report
Choose your date range
Set your date grouping (day, week, month, quarter, or year)
Review:
Total purchase count
Daily trend chart (channel mix)
Tables with exact counts and percentages by date and by location
Note: The report reflects only the locations you select (if you filter to a subset)
