Multi-use rewards reporting

Campaign reporting for multi-use rewards now accurately reflects how these campaigns actually work — with clearer redemption counts, revenue-first metrics, and improved A/B/Control analysis.

What is it?

We've replaced campaign reporting for campaigns that use multi-use rewards with a new report that's purpose-built for how these campaigns behave. It correctly handles multiple reward issuances, leads with Redemption Revenue as the primary metric, and uses improved A/B/Control methodology to make the impact of variants clearer.

Why it matters

Multi-use reward campaigns work differently from standard campaigns — they can issue multiple rewards per send, which the old reporting wasn't designed to handle. The result was inaccurate redemption counts and an A/B/Control methodology that normalized results in a way that made it harder to identify the winning variant. This new reporting tells the complete, accurate story of these campaigns.

How it works

Accurate redemption counts: The report now shows how many customers redeemed 1 reward, 2 rewards, 3+, and so on — giving a clear picture of reward utilization per user.

Redemption Revenue first: Because these campaigns always issue rewards, the report leads with Redemption Revenue (what redeemers spent when redeeming) rather than total recipient spend — a more precise measure of campaign impact.

Improved A/B/Control analysis: The updated methodology eliminates the assumptions in the old report that tended to normalize variant performance. Differences between variants are now more clearly visible, making it easier to identify which version drove better results.

Where to find it in Thanx

Access campaign reports from Campaigns → [Campaign Name] → Report. If your campaign uses multi-use rewards, it will automatically show the new report.

Keep in mind

  • Only campaigns using multi-use rewards will show the new report format. Improvements to all campaign reporting are planned for a future update.
