We're excited to announce the public beta launch of SegmentAI, an AI-powered segment builder that transforms how you create custom audience segments in Thanx. Simply describe your target audience in natural language, and SegmentAI automatically generates the segment logic for you.

What's New:

• Natural language segment creation: Describe your desired audience in plain English (e.g., "customers who visited in the last 30 days but haven't made a purchase in 2 weeks")

• AI-powered logic generation: SegmentAI automatically translates your description into accurate segment targeting rules

• Quality assurance review: All AI-generated segments are reviewed by our Merchant Operations team to ensure accuracy (expected turnaround: 24 hours or 1 business day)

How to Access:

1. Go to Customers in your Thanx dashboard

2. Click SegmentAI (Beta)

3. Describe your target audience and submit for review

4. While your segment gets approved, you can move ahead with creating your campaign
