If you launched your loyalty program with Thanx after January 2025, you can now access a new transition report in the Insights Lab that shows:

• Percentage of customers who moved from a prior program to your new program Comparison between prior program engagement and net-new signups

Use this report to:

• Measure the effectiveness of your program transition

• Compare how existing customers are adopting your new program vs. new customer acquisition
